Proper 5*, excellent sound insulation, staff went above/beyond: highly recommended and easy/affordable vallet parking

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. The bed was a little firmer than I like but then everyone has different tastes. The coffee was good, the water fountain...

Delightful couple running a comfortable, clean and welcoming eatablishment

Amazing place to stay...The hosts Sylvie & Sebastian are so welcoming and helpful. Sylvie gave us a map & advised best places to see in our short time there and without her help we wouldn't have seen as much. The hotel was fantastic and our room was massive and immaculate. A bit out of the centre but only a few tram stops away. Bordeaux itself was beautiful and we plan to go back to see a bit more of it and we will definitely stay at this fabulous accommodation...

This is our second time staying here, can't be happier. Our 2nd time is just as good as the first time if it's not better. The room is perfectly decorated, small but charming. Fantastic location, very quiet but close to the city centre. Most importantly, the best thing about this hotel is that AMAZING staffs, all of them are very helpful, friendly and speak fluent English, this hotel must be very proud to find these amazing staffs and I hope they will maintain this level of service. Without a...

Great hotel with in walking distance to Bordeaux's attractions, restaurants & bars.

Great location, staff and easy journal to airport and railway station.

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Had an amazing stay, thank you

I would give this six stars if I could. It was excellent in all areas. The staff were wonderful and treated us as individuals and welcome guests. The restaurant was marvellous as was the spa. The room was spacious and comfortable. An exceptional experience.

Room was clean and well presented. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Apartment was very clean and spacious and brilliant location. Staff were extremely helpful too. Definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

I stayed in Les Chambres au Coeur de Bordeaux for 1 night with a friend but would have loved to stay longer. The B& B is just beautiful and the owners so friendly and welcoming that you feel like part of the family. When we arrived we were greeted by the husband and wife and was offered a nice glass of wine while they told us about the area, recommended places to eat and what to see and do for our 2 days in Bordeaux. We were then taken to our beautiful room with a nice little french balcony....

Clean, modern apartments behind a historic facade in the st michel university district in short walking distance of main street with all amenities you need and tram stops. Apartments have outlook onto lovely quiet planted courtyards. Staff were very helpful and the complex seemed to have all the amenities you would need should you want to use them. The area was very vibrant being close to the university with lots of small bars, places to eat and cool shops nearby. Close to historic clock...

Great staff, excellent breakfast, which catered for all needs, good, secure parking, and right on the the tram line into the old city - with a stop right outside the hotel.

Can't really fault this hotel. Reception staff and restaurant /breakfast staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone spoke English if you can't speak French as well. Stayed in a deluxe room on the first floor facing the main road. Although there was passing traffic you couldn't hear a thing due to the triple glazing. Our deluxe was spacious with a separate toilet from the bathroom. The bathroom itself had a separate shower as well as a bath. Breakfast was buffet style with a hot buffet as...

This is our second stay at the hotel. It is conveniently situated in a quiet side street, but within an easy walk to the centre of Bordeaux. Very well decorated and well thought out rooms. Good buffet breakfast, which we took in the restful and very green outside area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised a private wine tasting trip to St Emilion - highly recommended! Preferential rates at the car park just round the corner, We will definitely be back.

Beautiful old building in the heart of old bordeaux. Large, comfortable room. Walking distance to all of the old town and riverfront. I will stay here again.
