Completely renovated a few months ago, this tastefully decorated apartment in a beautiful, typically Bordeaux building will win you over with its privileged location in the city! Arranged as a duplex, it is fully equipped for your comfort (wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, TV, iron, fan). Featuring a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a convertible sofa (140 cm), it's ideal for 4 people! EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS One of our receptionists will contact you the day before your arrival to arrange your check-in time. Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges. BREAKFAST We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details and prices will be available in the apartment, and you can also ask your concierge for more information. GETTING AROUND From Mérignac airport: Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop, then take tram B from the Gambetta stop to the La Cité du Vin stop and walk 5 min. From Gare Saint Jean: Take tram C or D from Gare Saint Jean to Quinconces, then tram B from Quinconces to La Cité du Vin and walk 5 min. Street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays. Half-day parking costs €15. DEPOSIT As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €250 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €3.30 applies. Par contre, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, et l’accessibilité des appartements se fait par les escaliers non adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite. Il faut être costaud pour monter les valises. Tout cela n’était pas indiqué sur le site internet, Ayant pris l’option annulation gratuite sur Booking.com, les frais de ménage et le linge de maison ainsi que la caution nous a été réclamée quand l’option était dépassée. Quand on est en vacances, c’est difficile de trimballer des draps dans ses valises. Il me semble qu’il manque un peu d’honnêteté de la part des propriétaires. Des mauvaises odeurs émanaient des sanitaires….. Quand on rajoute tous les frais supplémentaires, il vaut mieux aller à l’hôtel. Je ne pense pas revenir chez vous. ##### Lineda L. La personne qui accueille est agréable et douce mais le propreté est plutôt moyenne notamment la vaisselle qui était vraiment sale! Mais surtout une odeur nauséabonde (entre oeuf pourri et cadavre) émane de la salle de bain et envahie l'entièreté du logement, insupportable ! L'isolation phonique est très moyenne entre les appartements mais parfaite avec la ville. Cela a été signalé à la concièrge, Katia, qui n'a pas semblée très préoccupée de la chose... Troisièmement, je regrette l'échange uniquement informatisé et déhumanisé avec Booking. L’appartement a le nécessaire pour quelques jours sur place. Le seul bémol qui justifie ma note “juste” sont les canalisations. Tous les soirs on avait des odeurs pas très agréables qui venait des toilettes et de la salle de bain. On était dans l’obligation de fermer les portes. ##### Aissata M. Même après plusieurs messages à la personne en charge des locations, rien n’a changé (alors qu’il est stipulé qu’en cas de nuisance sonore et de plainte du voisinage Bordeaux Appartement se réserve le droit d’exclure le locataire) et ça pendant 2 nuits .. de plus je passais un concours et donc j’avais besoin de calme ... dommage car l’endroit et l’appartement était super ##### Virgile A. Impossible de faire dormir notre fils de 14 mois car le moindre bruit le réveillait. Pas de bureau pour travailler ; appartement trop petit. En plus très compliqué de se garer, pas de parking donc un sacré budget pour le séjour ( il faut penser à le preciser lors de la réservation ). Il y a également des lignes de bus et tram, ainsi que vélo. L'appartement est propre, la literie confortable, et la cuisine bien équipée. Il n'y a pas de clim mais des ventilateur sont mis à disposition. Et le plus, nous avons eu à faire à une dame très gentille pour nous accueillir. Des capsules de café étaient à disposition, et dans la douche il y avait shampoing, gel douche. Il y a une option payante pour les draps, les serviettes et le ménage (normes Covid).
