Welcome to my home, in the heart of Bordeaux! ⚠️ In July and August, the apartment is only available for 2 guests. Located in a typical Bordeaux building with exposed stone walls, decorated in an elegant and contemporary style. As this is my primary residence, you will have everything you might need for your stay. You can enjoy the PATIO for your morning coffee or an aperitif in the evening. I can also rent my underground PARKING space located 400m from the building (€10/day). Apartment of 56m2 with a private patio of 10m2. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), living room with a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, TV, free fiber optic Wi-Fi. Linens provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc.). Located on a quiet street, this lovely apartment is next to the Basilica of Saint Michael and its Sunday morning flea market, and just steps from the Capucins Market Hall.
This popular and very lively neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists. You'll find many specialty bars (wine, beer, live music, etc.), a multitude of restaurants (from street food to fine dining), and all types of shops nearby (Capucins covered market 6/7 days, Carrefour 7/7 days, organic and local produce shops, etc.). Don't hesitate to ask me for recommendations; I'd be delighted to share my favorites! My apartment is located, among other places: - 400m from the largest pedestrian shopping street in Europe (Rue Sainte-Catherine) between Place de la Victoire and the Grand Théâtre. - 600m from the riverside promenade. - 15 minutes by tram from the Grand Théâtre tourist area in the Saint-Pierre district, Place des Quinconces PGJyPg - 15 min by tram from the train station and the terminus Airport Shuttle PGJyPg - 30 min by car to access the highway loop, on the way to the fine sandy beaches, the Arcachon basin, the Bordeaux vineyards, the surrounding countryside,...
