To rent this flat, the minimum stay is 1 month. It is intended for people on secondment, training programmes, apprenticeship contracts or work placements. It is eligible for the ‘mobilité’ tenancy scheme (1 to 10 months maximum). Please contact us so that we can assist you with your application.

Le Darwin is laid out as follows:
- A beautiful, light-filled living area with a cosy lounge area featuring a sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV, opening onto the terrace
- A large, convivial dining table
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee machine…
- A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers
- A double bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe and access to the terrace
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
- A lovely terrace equipped with a sun lounger and a table with chairs for your meals

For your comfort, you’ll also have access to a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

High-quality bed linen, towels and tea towels, as well as a few coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil… are provided, and your bed will be made upon arrival. For maximum comfort…

Naturally, Wi-Fi is available free of charge!

In order to comply with the law, your booking will require the signing of a contract (short-term tenancy agreement).
To do this, we’ll need a few additional documents (ID card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without a duly signed contract, we will unfortunately be unable to grant you access to the accommodation.

Darwin Eco-système, more commonly known as ‘Darwin’, is the name given to the former Niel military barracks, which have been redeveloped in La Bastide, Bordeaux. It is a multicultural space, home to businesses and organisations, and offering, in particular, catering and sports facilities.
