La Ligassonne, a former wine estate, is a beautiful 18th century house located on the heights, in the heart of the first Bordeaux coasts, with a magnificent view of the Garonne and the Langoiran castle.
Quiet, on a plot of 8,000 m², surrounded by vineyards and only 25 km from Bordeaux. This large house will allow you to discover the region, from the Arcachon basin, to the Pilat dune, in the historic city center of Bordeaux, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, to the vineyards of Médoc or those of Saint-Emilion .
Ideal for hiking, mountain biking or cycling and for trade fairs organized in Bordeaux (Vinexpo / International Fair, etc.)

It is a bit ridiculous to charge €5 per person to use a towel. Towels should be provided to the guests. I hope the money paid for using the towels could be used to buy some more towels so they could be offered to other guest at no charge. Very run down house that does not look at all to the pics shown in the listing. Views are great but that is the only good thing I could say about the property.

Grande maison pour famille nombreuse

Belle maison confortable avec une immense cuisine. Petit bémol un des lits à 2 places a un matelas très mou . Il faut changer le barbecue qui est vieux , rouillé et percé... Dommage car la maison est très bien équipée pour manger et vivre dehors.

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante dans cette demeure faite pour les familles !! autour d'un bon feu de cheminée, nous avons passé de belles soirées. Ein sehr schönes Ferienzuhause mitten in den Weinbergen vor den Toren Bordeaux's

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ligassonne sehr genossen. Ein ruhiges wunderschön gelegenes altes ehemaliges Weingut zum Abschalten und Entspannen im Urlaub mit einem sehr großen Garten mit Bambuswäldchen. Es ist umgeben von größeren Weinflächen und liegt in einem kleinen Weiler. Großzügige Zimmer, gutausgestattete Küche und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung(Bordeaux, Arcachon, St.Emilion etc.) gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kleinere Märkte in der Umgebung , einige gute Restaurants. Radfahren und Joggen in der Umgebung haben uns viel Spass bereitet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gibt viele Tipps. Für uns war es eine sehr schöne Woche in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus.

J'ai usage de louer de temps à autres de belles propriétés ; au petit matin et à la nuit tombée les vignes attenantes, la bambouseraie, le parc, et les volumes des pièces sont autant d'instants... Une atmosphère à la Mauriac.

Superbe maison pleine de charme!

Nous avons passé 3 jours merveilleux dans cette demeure vraiment extraordinaire. Tout était en état impeccable, la maison et le jardin sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Les alentours sont tres jolis, avec des balades tres sympas et meme un chateau avec des vins de grande qualité a 10 minutes a pied (Chateau de Langoiran). Nous avons recu un accueil tres agreable et recommendons fortement cette location!

Une charmante maison de famille

Une très belle et grande maison au cœur des vignes. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants et chacun y a trouvé son bonheur. Nous avons également apprécié les échanges avec les propriétaires qui ont été charmants. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Confortable et chaleureux

Cadre confortable et chaleureux pour l'organisation de notre fête de famille: c'était "comme à la maison" mais en plus grand (25 personnes pour le repas, 12 pour y dormir). Mention spéciale à la cuisine où tout le monde s'est retrouvé au petit déjeuner. Accès et stationnement faciles, grand jardin pour les moments ensoleillés. Un vrai coup de cœur pour tous ceux qui y ont participé. Petit bémol: l'existence d'un seul WC, et à l'étage. Mais la situation devrait vite évoluer.
