Stopover through France

We’ve been using F1 hotels for several years when we drive through France and this stay was exactly as expected. Hotel was easy to find and get to, adequate parking and simple check in. We had a Cabrio room this time with its own bathroom, and it was perfect for the one night we were there. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water in the shower. The only downside was it was too hot! The heater controller did nothing so we had to leave the window open, which meant we could hear the road noise. This is why I’ve marked down on comfort and eco-friendliness. I’m sure other rooms were probably ok.

We used this hotel to break a long journey twice. Could be cheaper for what you get. My son was bitten by bed bugs on the first stay. Had to prove on both stays that we had paid with bank statements and receipts as they tried to make us pay again. Paid for 5 breakfasts but we were only allowed to get 2 and refused to pay again for 3 more. Restricted 2 of my kids to one slice of bread each for breakfast! Aircon not working. Not obvious from the Expedia website that bathroom was not in the room. Not a problem but Expedia should make this more obvious and that you need your own towels.

Very Bad Hotel I would never book it again. No Bathrooms in the Room. Very Bad Service . No Luggaage Drop Off is possible . Service just speaks French - a no go for tourism sector.

Avoid at all costs

A step up from sleeping in your car, but not by much. Car park half full of commercial vehicles taking up 3-4 spaces each, no towels (you pay €3 extra), all but 2 of the communal toilets out of service, those 2 being in a very poor state and no one on site had access to any vending machines. Worst overnight stop in years.

Die Unterkunft,von einem Hotel will ich nicht sprechen, ist absoluter Mindeststandard. Die Zimmer so klein, das es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt. Eine Unverschämtheit finde ich das Foto, auf dem ein altes Schloss gezeigt wird. Ich war in der Annahme, dass es eine Erlebnisübernachtung in einem Schlösschen mit akutem Renovierungsstau geben wird, wegen des günstigen Preises. Aber weit gefehlt, es handelt sich um einen Billigbau, der in der unteren Etage Zimmer mit GemeinschaftsWc und Dusche vermietet. Einfach nur schrecklich

Rien avoir avec vos photo mise sur l’annonce, 10 euros de + par chambre pour avoir une douche et un WC, papier toilette des anciens encore dans notre chambre, la douche boucher inondations dans la chambre, j’ai demander le remboursement il m’a été refuser pour cause « vous avez réserver sur internet » hors oui c’est sur j’aurais jamais réserver en venant sur place mettez les photos conforme à l’état des chambres, je lui es expliquer que ce n’était absolument pas comme sur les photos et bien sûr il ne savais pas quoi me répondre car lui même sais la catastrophe en réel, c’est un taudis et literie même pas protégée matelas déchiré mur tout à repeindre et sa sent pas le propre, on rentre dans l’hôtel avec l’impression d’entrée dans un kebab avec l’odeur horrible. Fin bon je déconseille vraiment vraiment pour clôturer le tout même pas un geste commercial. A fuire

WC crades

Pas top, j'ai réservé pour un week-end, je n'ai pas pu aller aux toilettes tellement c'était sales et horribles, de l'eau au sol, des excréments sur le bord des toilettes, vraiment dégueulasse, le nettoyage des toilettes devrait être fait au moins 2 fois par jour je pense, il n'y a pas de lavabo pour se laver les mains, juste un distributeur de gel pour plusieurs WC, j'ai fait des F1 mais celui là est vraiment crade, sinon le personnel est sympa, mais bon l'employé qui a passé l'aspirateur à laisser l'aspirateur en haut des escaliers et les cordons électriques et le cordon de l'aspirateur trainaient sur toute la largeur du haut des escaliers, ce qui est hyper dangereux, j'ai du enjamber les cordons, j'aurais pu tomber, l'homme de l'accueil se permet des familiarités et de grandes discussions dans le cadre de la porte d'entrée, il suffit juste de se décaler et ne pas rester dans l'encadrement de la porte pour ne pas gêner l'entrée et la sortie des clients. Sinon le reste est correct.
