    Experience the charm of this Gironde manor house from 1800, fully renovated in 2025 and 2026. Spacious (230 m² over 2 levels), you will enjoy exclusive access to the 145 m² ground floor (the upper floor is closed and unoccupied), offering a peaceful countryside retreat, perfect for families or friends.



    Relax in the garden with your private pool, sunbathing area, pergola with loungers, wooden terrace with outdoor lounge, dining table, and plancha barbecue. The ground floor features a large living area with lounge, fully equipped modern kitchen (including coffee machine), and dining room. Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests, with a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Baby cot and high chair available on request.



    Located in a quiet hamlet, 800 m from shops in Carignan-de-Bordeaux and 7 minutes by car from the supermarket, the house is ideally situated to explore the region: Bordeaux 15 min, vineyards and villages of Entre-Deux-Mers 5–20 min, Saint-Émilion 30 min, Espiet lake 30 min, Arcachon Bay 45 min. Within 20 min: hiking, tennis, 2 golf courses, cycling or horse riding, cable skiing, karting.



    4 parking spaces, TV (400+ channels), high-speed Wi-Fi, end-of-stay cleaning included (mid-stay cleaning available for an extra fee), bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine and dryer available. Step-free access, no stairs inside. Heating available October–April.
