Great wine!! We had trouble communicating through VRBO to get access but finally had to pay roaming charges to contact by phone. We were driving and found it difficult to navigate near the stay and parking was a fare distance. Once we met up with Anais, she was very pleasant and helpful! The unit itself was stunningly beautifully despite that while laundry was listed, it was unfortunately not available for use. The bed would benefit by a canopy over it to protect you from bits of sand, which drops gradually from the ceiling. All this said, we loved this unique unit and the location and it was a great value! This place was a great location for us, a five minute walk to both the airport tram and river. Wifi was good, the washing machine was great and we liked that a drying rack was available. Once there, she was waiting to let us in & gave us a quick synopsis of all the wonderful tourist activities in Bordeaux. The location was ideal, the place was tidy and although people were partying in the streets after a rugby match we could barely hear them through the VERY thick walls. Overall wonderful stay! One thing to note is it’s in a basement so the winding stairs can be difficult for some (especially with their luggage), but overall we found it fine to do the steps on a day to day basis. ##### Cailin M.
