Close to busses, tram and bateau (boat bus), and easy access to Medoc, St. Emilion, and other regions. The owner, Guillaume, was very responsive and helpful. Not only is it set up with all you expect from a home, but the design is exquisite and the neighborhood quiet with a local feel. No problem finding a place to park on the street. I explored the region looking for a house to buy and Lormont is a great location to reach the sea towards Andernos or Libourne and Saint Emilion without facing much traffic.
