The WiFi Internet here is very annoying. Its speed varies between fast and painfully slow, and it frequently (every few hours) asked me to log into it again. Also, the air conditioning was weird. It didn't let me set a specific temperature, and I wasn't sure if it was even working.

Out of town but easy access to the city
Very new hotel and it makes a difference to 3 star hotels. Everything was in good condition and rooms had everything you need. Friendly staff on the front desk offered good advice on getting to town and place to get a drink local to the hotel. Slightly odd area, but felt safe and easy access to town via the tram.

This place was excellent. We booked it by chance, purely on its location as we needed to be at Gare St Jean early morning. We were more than delighted with the hotel. On arrival we were welcomed by Reception and found the check in straight forward. It worked well having a key pad for room access rather than a key or key card. The hotel is new and felt very clean. We would highly recommend it and can't wait to stay again.

Modern and affordable hotel close to Gare St Jean
Modern business-style hotel just two blocks away from the St Jean train station, therefore very convenient if you are travelling by train. They have a closed space to safely park your bike, which is the main reason why I chose them. Very friendly staff. Breakfast area is a bit too small, you need to avoid the peak hour. Room was beautiful with a nice view towards the city center. Plenty of public transportation options, but also just 20-30 minutes walking distance to the city center.

New and High tech isn’t everything.
Probably it is just bad luck. But when we arrived there was not reception staff, we were received and check in by the security staff who had instructions pre-arranged. Result, when going into the room, there was a guy already sleeping in the bed... (someone had checked him in , in our room and did not update the system). Definetly NOT the security person’ fault on the contrary he reacted fast and made all due calls and arranged for another room. Secondly, the air conditioning never worked porperly it was very warm in the room and the worse part is that , the staff tries to explain to you why it is warm, and how AC function like if you NEVER had an AC in your life... Obviously, the explanation they gave me was total nonsense !

Just before midnight the smoke alarm went off due some group of IDIOTS smoking in their rooms & the worst thing is my wife was ill & i had to get her ready to go downstairs to assemble outside in the middle of the night.

Good hotel
This hotel is pretty new - the room is bigger than a standard B&B Hotel room with a nice decor and the TV allows you to chrome cast (which is a great benefit!) The breakfast was a standard B&B Hotel buffet which is good.

good for the budget
A good quality budget hotel. The area around it is for the most part a construction zone, not far from the railroad station. Public transportation is a 5 minute walk. At night, we uber-ed in and out. The hotel is bare bones: bring your own shampoo and conditioner. It was clean, quiet, well run; but if you want to walk out the door and find restaurants and boutiques and night life, well, this is not a fashionable part of town.

Great hotel near train station
It’s a great hotel very close to the train station! There is construction on the nearby streets, but it really doesn’t affect the enjoyment of this hotel. Breakfast is available for just under 7€ per day, and there are restaurants and a small grocery just minutes away (walking). The best part was that there is air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave.

A very good BB hotel , brand new.
A new hotel near the main train station at Bordeaux , walking with cases to train no problem. We had difficulty with GPS for location of hotel. The address is new and really part of the hotel development. Also next to the Comfort Hotel so if you see 1 you can find the other. Car parking in another building close by.

Great stay
Great hotel! There’s a lot of construction in the area so I know it’ll be great when it’s complete. Hotel is practically new very clean and modern with a good atmosphere and breakfast. Conveniently located behind the main transportation hub but still a walk. Train stop is only 1 1/2 blocks away from the hotel front door. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
