The hotel was in a great location. There were many restaurants and stores in easywalking distance. The rooftop area was a nice bonus with a beautiful view of the entire town.

The kitchen was really clean,fantastic views from the wide open rooftop level.very chill atnight and close to everything a traveler would need near by.Friendly and helpful owners.Great value.Excellent place to stay in Boquette.I would highly recomend it.

Pros: upstairs shared area is incredible. Comfy couches, picnic tables and beautiful views. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great with hot water. Location is near some great restaurants in walking distance. Cons: the walls are thin and the wind rattled all the doors in our room.

This place was perfect for our few days in Boquete. The building and outside areas had beautiful views and so many flowers. Was right next to some great restaurants and an easy walk to the Main Street to get a taxi or a bus to where you want to go

Basic room with gorgeous view. No real amenities. Room was kept clean. Could not figure out TV. Rooftop gave some beautiful views. Has community kitchen area with fridge stove coffee tea and picnic tables on rooftop. You have to walk up a steep hill to get to. Overall nice stay but a little out of the way. Suggest going to supermarket before you arrive. No restaurant, Some restaurants are nearby but they are a bit of a hike. One staff woman worked really hard at keeping the floor and property clean. Front desk personnel is non existent. would have loved help getting a taxi when leaving. No one around to help. Had to walk down hill to another street with heavy luggage. Loved the place but I think it could be made more with a little more attention from the staff.

Absolutely a beautiful hotel, very clean great facilities. Rooftop area was lovely with amazing views over the town. The cleaning lady kept the place spotless and was always smiling and friendly and willing to help whenever she could. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would have no hesitation coming back

The hotel had no one available at check-in and I rarely saw anyone working there. No room service all week. The most BASIC accommodations. They have a TV but no programming so it’s pointless. The hike up the hill is so steep, those with heart issues are not advised. Fairly walkable once down the hill. The rooms have thin walls so noisy guests are an issue. Would not recommend.

Location was nice, convenient to catch local buses and tours and restaurants. Rooftop patio beautiful but it gets locked at night so you can't watch the stars. Water is hot, beds comfy, room was a good size. Noise travels, bring earplugs if light sleeper. No general place to check in with person, so need to read the signs on wall to be able to get wifi and message to checkin. Easy to miss when you are exhausted after travel. But owners very lovely and helpful with ideas on what to do.

Wonderful staff, comfortable beds and common spaces. Lovely views front and back. Very convenient location. The incline from the road to the reception floor is no joke. Not for the mobility challenged. My mom was able to make the climb but we carried her bags. Overall love the place!

Good location, great staff but check events. The bar had extremely loud, club music play until past 4am! Christmas Eve is apparently a real head banger in these parts. Even my noise canceling headphones could not block it. So check out the bar schedule for sure!

Great place to stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at Buena Vista. Room was clean, simple, and exactly what we needed. Hot showers. No AC, but fans were provided which we didn’t even end up using after the 1st night. The real hightlight of staying here was the rooftop terrace! It had an outdoor area and an enclosed communal kitchen, eating area and couches/sitting area. It was not busy and we really enjoyed our time up there. Wifi was excellent in our room and on the roof top terrace!

Clean, quiet location with excellent views from balcony. Wifi and bathroom facilities worked well. Basic amenities: no A/C, a working fan. Cool evening temperatures didn’t require A/C, although it would be nice on hot days. Aside from a brief visit from the cleaning lady, no staff on site. Contacting owner/management for a minor issue was difficult. Overall, a good hotel.

This property is on a little hill, and the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. That being said, the walkway to the hotel is lovely, with beautiful flowers of many colors. There’s an outdoor kitchen on the 4th floor to use with your own provisions. No coffee or tea is provided. The room was clean, the little balcony was nice with a beautiful view. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in town - we didn’t have a car. Host lives on the ground floor. Recommend this stay.

The views from every window were amazing! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Buena Vista Boquete is located in the perfect spot for hiking trail access while still being close enough to local shops and restaurants.
