Disappointing and Overpriced Stay
The breakfast was exactly the same every day and became boring after two days, especially during a longer stay. There are no in-room breakfast facilities. Reception staff were rude, and the late check-out policy seemed inconsistent—free during my first stay, then £10 per hour later.
The location is inconvenient, with no nearby public transport and few shops or restaurants within easy reach. Some rooms have noisy roof or window structures during rain, and I had to change rooms because I couldn’t sleep. A bottle of water costs £5, and some rooms lack privacy due to windows facing numerous other rooms. Prices can also be excessively high during university conferences, despite the limited facilities and lack of an on-site gym.
Overall, poor value for money. I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

There was a notice saying no housekeeping ..."

The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good ..."
