"We loved our stay! We were two couples and the bedrooms were fairly equal. The old house was beautiful and very cool. The property and landscaping is unbelievable, with a large yard and peninsula going out into the pond. We went in late October and while the leaves were beautiful, some of the nearby restaurants were closed for the season. But we went to Damariscotta, which is a cool little town with shopping and restaurants. Acadia was about 2.5 hours away and worth the trip."

"Check in was fast & friendly. I like that the parking attendant showed us where to park & saved our spots when we ran errands in the car. The lounge was so friendly! Really good coffee in the foyer in the morning. We had a balcony room on the harbor. Shower was hot & good pressure. This is a classic New England motel style hotel. It could use some modernization but then again, maybe not ! ☺️"
