Immerse yourself in this relaxing atmosphere in front of the cozy fireplace after a day of explorations, or go for a dip in the hot tub and make s'mores as you sit by the fire pit. This fully furnished comfortable home is secluded in beautiful Georgetown, Maine. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this home comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a twin trundle. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first floor has a living room with a cathedral ceiling and a beautiful floor to ceiling fireplace/chimney, a kitchen with a large table as well as extra seating at the bar and island, a bathroom with a washer and dryer, and an octagon room with a large couch for napping, reading a book, playing a board game, or watching a movie with surround sound. The hot tub is located on the front deck along with deck furniture and a grill for cooking and eating under the stars with your favorite friends and family. There is also a two bay garage for you to park your car in while you stay. Relax, unwind, and enjoy all the beautiful moments, and memories you will make.

Great vacation home!

My family of four had a wonderful time staying in this home for a week. We used it as home base for day trips around the area and enjoyed the grill, hot tub and firepit in a peaceful wooded setting in the evenings. We also enjoyed the comfy family room when we stayed in and watched movies on a rainy day. Our favorite things were Mile Beach at Reid State Park and lobster rolls and fried clams at Five Islands Lobster Co. Thanks for a great stay!

Great and beautiful retreat

We loved this place. It was a cozy place to recharge as we explored Bath, Georgetown Island, Reid State Park, and Booth Bay. Owner was terrific and very hospitable. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming.

Great House for Family Vacation

Beautiful house in the woods in Maine. Quiet spot to relax in the evenings after exploring the islands and coast during the days. Hosts were very friendly and responsive - overall a great experience.

Location was ideal for some quiet time but close enough to get to activities, restaurants and more. Very kid friendly house which mine appreciated. Had no issues or complaints!

Beautiful, quiet retreat, with lots to do in the area!

My wife, myself, my adult daughter and 3 year old granddaughter spent the week. It was perfect. Fun beach days, river cruise, museum tour, Freeport visit, shopping and just relaxing. The house is as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and well furnished. The deck and fire pit are great for relaxing. The host is wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating.

We were in Bath for a wedding and entire family decided to rent houses on Georgetown Island. Great retreat and quite spit to unwind. Would recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing stay on Georgetown Island. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. Perfect for hiking, making smores and relaxing in the hot tub. Laurie was so incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond when we left something behind to help get it back to us. Absolutely fantastic surprise toys that my son greatly enjoyed playing with.

Beautiful, relaxing property.

This house was absolutely ideal for our annual vacation to Georgetown. Being a large family with teens to an infant, it's hard to find a property that works for everyone. This had enough space to spread out, but also ideal spots to all spend time together. It was clean, comfortable, and the hosts could not have been better. The location was quiet and private, but within easy drives to both Reid and Popham State Parks. We loved the hot tub and outdoor fireplaces, and the kitchen was very well appointed. We are looking forward to hopefully staying here again in the future.

Maine vacation

Laurie's home was spotlessly clean and all amenities were as advertised. Our family of four had a lovely visit - some days we stayed close by, visiting Bath, Reid State Park, and Five Islands Lobster Co. - and some days we went further, driving to Freeport, Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, and hiking La Verna. Laurie was super responsive to questions and a friendly host. Would definitely stay again!

We took this trip as a family trip to see our son who is at the Dolphin Restaurant for an externship. This home was so amazing, it is beautiful and down a country road in the woods. It was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and the hot tub was the best! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans making it of so helpful to cook for my family. This home was above our expectations! We were very happy

Coastal Maine Retreat

If your vacation goals include: (1) quiet, and lots of it; (2) a short drive to multiple brew pubs and fine dining options; (3) tide pools; (4) a lovely well-taken care of home with comfy couches and a beautiful deck; and (5) finishing the day with a hot tub, this may be the property for you. Beautiful house!

We enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything we needed, it was very clean and well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing I could complain about would be there were only 4 chairs at the dining room table, also there isn’t any table and chairs to fit 7 on the deck either. We are big on eating as a family, but we worked it out

Hidden "Gem"

This place was just what we needed! We enjoyed every amenity indoors and out. We did leave the house to see some site but there is plenty to do on the island, including Robinhood Harbor. If we stayed in area again we would return. Thanks Laurie.

Beautiful Maine Getaway

This house was incredibly well-maintained and picturesque, finished with so many homey touches. We enjoyed touring the neighborhood and marina with the golf cart provided, sitting by the fire pit in the evenings, and of course warming up in the hot tub on the chilly nights. Was a 15 minute drive to the nearest beautiful beachside state park and less than that to Bath where there are tons of restaurants to eat. We made so many good memories and were super comfortable and cozy in the mean time.
