"We loved the house--it was homey and clean, and it felt like someone's actual home. So many short term rentals these days are investment properties and feel like they've been outfitted by AI--something that had a vague idea of what a human on vacation might want, but no actual human experience. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the things we needed, the livingroom was cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. Sitting on the warm rocks down by the beach was lovely, and there are SO many great places to walk nearby. We highly recommend the Appalachee Preserves, which are just a short walk away. We ate out at Ports of Italy and the Thistle Inn and both were delicious. We had a great visit and would definitely stay here again. "

"The location was amazing and within walking distance to restaurants & shopping, though parking wasn't ideal. The homeowner was very prompt with responses and suggestions. The staircase up to the unit was tight and the floor was not level so we felt "tilted" - not much you can do about that without major construction. It would have been nice to have shades to go along with the shutters in the living room as the windows face the east and street lights were on all night. "
