"The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. We had to wait till the next day when the office was open ..then someone came right away. The shower was NOT spotless, and the floors weren't super clean. The main bedroom was ok but the bunks in the bunk room were small and not so clean under the mattresses. There was only ONE small area to hang clothes. They left no cleaning supplies or paper towels to clean before we left."

"Fantastic property. Great location which felt very private. The pond, waterwheel and stream made the outdoors feel very relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. Really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub."

"Very nice quiet spot. The kids loved the playground a few feet down the road. We all enjoyed the fire pit and making smores every night. Inside was clean and spacious enough that we all enjoyed every bit of it . The washer and dryer on site was handy. There was a early morning wake up call from a roaster down the road which we got a kick out of. White Lake was a distance down the road but the family checked out the dock. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the host was very nice."

"This was very convenient for my needs and easy to get to Old Forge. Owners had nice touches like flowers, snack bar, coffee, the right dishes, and toothbrushes for those who may have forgotten. Very clean. Will be back next year!"

"We had a nice stay and overall enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, had plenty of seating, and the host was very nice, responsive, and helpful. We stayed during the summer and chose the location because we were looking to enjoy some of the outdoor activities in the area. The house is conveniently located right off a main road, which made getting around easy. Walmart is about 15 minutes away, Old Forge is approximately 44 minutes, and Ager Falls is only about 10 minutes away. There are also several fishing spots within 5–10 minutes, and there is a park located right behind the house, which was a nice bonus. A few things we wish we had known ahead of time: because the property is located directly off a main road, there is some noticeable road noise, especially during the day. The stairs leading up to the bedroom are also fairly steep, which is something guests may want to be aware of, especially if traveling with young children or anyone who has difficulty with stairs. While the location is convenient for getting to different activities, it is not particularly close to Old Forge or some of the larger attractions, so keep that in mind when planning your days."

"Amazing! Everything on the island is perfect for the location. It was amazing the things we had access to for free and for rental. Host was AMAZING!! The Island and view was incredible. We stayed in the Glamping tent. Wonderful experience. (Even for a city guy) lolI would definitely do it again! Same tent! The tent is huge with EVERYTHING you need in it. Including a real toilet on the deck for #1. TV, WiFi, Alexa at the beach/fire pit area "
