Besides easy access to everything Eagles Nest offers, guests of this beautiful brand new home enjoy: 2 levels each with a master bedroom suite, plus a bunk bedroom and a bonus room over the garage A brand new hot tub and firepit Game room with pool table Easy access to the main level of the home A gas fireplace and a wood burning fireplace inside Walking distance to the Great Camp amenity area While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include: Great Camp: Epic Chophouse - available to renters without membership BBQ Pavilion Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November) The Great Lawn Playground Hiking Trails Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal) Mini-Golf Course 24/7 General Store North Pavilion: Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only) Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball) Dog Park Walking Trail Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun.
