"The check-in was great. Austin did a fantastic job! Parking was very good. I especially liked how lit up the parking lot was at night. The room was ok. The bathroom vent needed to be cleaned. It was very dirty. Some of the caulking around the tub/shower and the doors could have been done a lot better than what was done. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The morning staff were very friendly and professional as well. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The toilet didn’t work. The technician came up and fixed it, but when he left he lifted the plunger in a bucket over the bed and personal items. Unacceptable!!!! The toilet tissue and towels ran out, and we called but never got any assistance. Turn down service was not offered so the trash was running over. The remote in the living room wasn’t working properly, so they had to come and replace it. Not a good stay. "

"First day we got there, the beds needed to be changed, and the bathroom wasn’t clean, we saw roaches crawling in tub. We called front desk, and told them and they was to send someone to reclean and no one showed up. The third day, we went to office and dude behind desk lied about someone called to say the room was cleaned and it never was. So therefore never again. "

"We love staying here, rooms are always clean and comfortable (as well as the bed). Breakfast is a plus and staff is always polite and helpful."
