Excellent condition with parts of respectable volumes and storage, well insulated (double glazing + electric shutters). Ground floor: fitted kitchen (oven and microwave, toaster, coffee maker ...) open to living room (TV + internet box), 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), bathroom and WC, utility room (vacuum cleaner, table and iron to redo). 20 m² terrace in front of the entrance. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with 140x190 bed, the other with 2 single beds), mezzanine, bathroom and WC. Garage in the basement with washing machine and equipment for the garden. 1 baby chair and 1 travel cot available. Part of the garden is paved to accommodate cars. Animals not accepted. No smoking inside. Provide sheets or duvet covers. Rental from Saturday from 4 p.m. to next Saturday at 10 a.m. End of stay cleaning possible for 50 €. Many hiking trails along the rivers, which lead you to the mill of Plougoumelen, or the chapel of Sainte-Avoye (Pluneret) via the boat cemetery, or to the golf course, further towards the island of Berder via oyster projects, or towards Saint-Goustan near Auray. The golf beaches (Baden, Arradon, etc.) are around ten kilometers away, those along the Atlantic (Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon) are around twenty kilometers away. The sanctuary and basilica of Sainte-Anne d'Auray are 7 km away.
