"I will definitely rent again. Perfect location for smaller children. A place for them to swim without boat traffic. A shaded area for us older folks to sit and watch them!The house was well stocked with linens and dishes. They even provided coffee. Huge back porch with gas grills and plenty of seats"

"This property provides a comfortable, quiet, joke away from experience! We picked this property because it was minutes from Grambling State University and it provided all the amenities we need. The purpose of our trip was to checkin our college freshman and sown some quality family time. This property was perfect for family-time and fellowship. Our freshman had never been away from home and our extended stay help with the transition to university life. If you are traveling to any Grambling State or Louisiana Tech activities or if you looking for a quiet getaway choose this charming retreat!"
