Location:

The Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc at a place called "Tralenta" and in front to the "Vallonnet" chairlift. The residence is entirely ski in / ski out.

The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking.

This beautiful apartment offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. The south orientation allows to benefit from a dream panorama and a beautiful light.

The apartment consists of a living room opening onto the balcony facing south. This room offers a living area with two sofas, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso ...)

Three ensuite bedrooms are equipped with queens beds and each have a TV.

The dormitory is equipped with 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 single beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6) and its own shower.

Finally, two independent toilets complete this property.

Due to its layout and its many amenities, this apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 3 families or a group of friends (total capacity of 10 people).

One indoor parking space is located 50m from the residence.

On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer.

WIFI.PETS NOT ALLOWED. NON SMOKING APARTMENT.

By booking with Altitude 1750, your ski passes reserved by us are delivered directly to the reception of the residence.

Service de location irréprochable : personne de contact présente et accueillante mais discrète, sympathique et très efficace ! L’appartement loué était spacieux, tout confort, full équipé et très bien situé, en tous points conforme au descriptif qui en était fait. A recommander les yeux fermés !
