Freshly painted in today’s colors makes the interior bright and cheery. Rest easy in all the new furniture, queen size sofa, and comfy arm chair while watching a full selection of cable TV on a 50” screen, along with free high-speed wireless internet. Gather around the dining area with seating for 4, or delight in a meal alfresco on the screened Lanai. The Lanai floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in both rooms offer secluded unobstructed views for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The condo was exactly as described and very clean.The location is excellent and the neighborhood amenities are exceptional. I took advantage of the running trails. Unfortunately the clubhouse hot tub was not working as this is a must for my wife when traveling on vacation. The condo backs up to the golf clubhouse, so be prepared for an early morning wake-up from the golf course maintenance crew (mower, leaf blower) but that's to be expected in a golf community.
