This fully furnished upscale condo with an amazing view of the QUIET POOL offers a spiral staircase that goes directly to your private patio, fountains and quiet pool. (As an option to using the elevator) The complex has a SECURITY GATE and COVERED GARAGE PARKING, 2 pools, (one with zero entry a waterfall and the GROGGY FROG Chickee hut), 2 large jacuzzies, outdoor grills, a Cybex Gym , along with game, media and social rooms.

A perfect getaway resort

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and in such a great location. The amenities on site were great, and we really enjoyed the pools. Tom was amazing to work with, we will be staying here again!!!

Quiet relaxing condo close to beaches, restaurants and shopping

Best property, safe, clean best pool. Condo was well equipped and property manager was communicative. No better place to stay to enjoy beaches, beautiful pool and all the best restaurants. Short drive to Naples and five minutes from Barefoot beach.

Well appointed condo in great location

Condo had everything we needed for the stay. Owner was very attentive, checking in to see if we had any concerns or questions. The location was great to the Beach, or 41 and great restarants and shopping.

We had an amazing time in Bonita Beach at your condo and cannot wait to come back! Your place is tastefully decorated and so comfortable; leaving visitors lacking for absolutely nothing! Tom was fantastic to communicate with, the unit was beautiful, clean, great location beds comfy, showers great, kitchen stocked with supplies for cooking. beach and pool supplies chairs umbrellas coolers towels floats pretty much anything you needed. nice clean property. Great location for us. Two heated pools. There is construction next door, lots of noise and concrete dust, we were unable to be outside two afternoons.

Perfect in every way

My mom, aunt, cousin, and I absolutely loved everything about this place. The location was great, it was well stocked with everything you could think of, and Tom was so easy to get in touch with and to have a conversation with. We loved relaxing by the pool the most and lounging on the screened in porch throughout the day. I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Great Place!!

We had a great family stay!! Couldn’t ask for anything more. Just enough out of the way and just close enough to all major amenities and attractions. The condo had everything you can imagine for a beach outing and more! Both pools were fantastic! Kids are already asking to go back. Easy and great communication with Tom!

Great Family Vacation

This place had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. 2 pools and hot tubs, close proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants all around. There was a very large Iguana that came around a lot. My daughter named him Sunny. It was a great time and the beds were very comfy. Plus, there's pool/beach toys and chairs already there. Highly recommend!

Paradise girls vacation

This vacation spot was a gem. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was convenient to everything and the condo gives you a feeling of staying on a tropical island. The host was amazing checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Instructions were clear and communication with Tom was easy. Property is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Beautiful property in Bonita Springs

We had an awesome first VRBO experience at this property. The unit was perfect for our family of four and had absolutely everything we needed included beach & baby gear. The resort is quiet, but there were a few kids that came throughout the week, which made it fun for my 6yo. The pool is perfect, and the bar was a great spot for a low key lunch and cocktails. It wasn't within walking distance of the beach, but they offer a shuttle (doesn't run on Sundays). I can't say enough about our experience with our host, Tom. He was super responsive before and during our trip and checked in on us as well. He also helped us track down a pack n play for our 18mo, which we needed. We would 100% stay here again!!

We had an amazing stay in Bonita Springs! The whole experience was awesome! Would highly recommend it to others. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Lots of beaches! Great condo, clean and well equipped with all your needs! Amazing view of the quiet pool. Elevators are available for your convenience and covered parking! Tom was an excellent host! We will be back!!!! Can’t wait!

Exceptional!

This condo has it all! The location is perfect, and the condo is comfortable in every way! The placement of the rooms/bathrooms are great, as well as the convenience of the nearby elevator to the designated parking spot. The balcony stairs down to the pool are also fantastic. On top of that Tom and Lynn have provided every possible thing you could think of needing! I’ve stayed at many places that barely have salt and pepper never mind cabinets filled with so many comforts and items of home! Communication with Tom was wonderful and he’s a great guy! Check in and out was a snap as well. I would give 10 stars if there was an option!
