A scenic and quiet community on the Imperial River- this second floor unit offers a community pool, kayak launch all just minutes away from beautiful gulf beaches and eclectic & renewed downtown Bonita Springs. The unit offers everything you need for a comfortable stay including bedding, towels, and a full stocked kitchen. Weekly cleaning are offered for an additional fee. HOA approval required & 30 day minimum.
The Space
Tastefully updated 2nd floor unit stocked with everything you need with a gorgeous view of the Imperial River from a screen closed balcony. Filled with natural light, the oversized and split bedrooms offer lots of space. A desk for those who still needs to work or write a book is set in the second bedroom. The updated and quaint kitchen is fully stocked for you. The lanai is enclosed and overlooks the Imperial River and is great for people watching. The best kept secret in Bonita Springs, come and unwind with your morning coffee or afternoon Cocktail.

A singed short term lease is required by the association as well as a background check (additional fee $150.00 plus $50.00 additional per adult) approval must be received in order to stay in the property.
