Just right for one with some company staying here and there a few nights. The description seemed to say there was laundry in the condo so I was disappointed there wasn't. The management was extremely responsive. The north elevator was intermittently operational and that seemed to be a repeating problem according to permanent residents. I few issues that weren't so great... When we arrived the hot water was not turned. It took us until the next day to get this resolved. We also could not turn the main light in the apartment off so the best we could do was drop towels over it. Management co tried to help here but couldn't. Small things that I think should be standard.. Please have at least 1 days worth of coffee on hand, two beach chairs and salt and pepper. Small asks but goes a long way.Also, there was horrible construction going on. thank god we has business out of the apartment during the day. it would have been impossible to do zoom calls even with all doors and Windows closed. ##### wendy j.
