The home was just as shown in the posting. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking equipment and place settlings. If you cook a lot food storage containers would be helpful.It is a quick and easy 6 minute walk to the spacious community pool and recreation area. This wonderful home in Bonita Springs was exactly what we needed. It had everything from a resort style pool, to bouche ball, pickle ball and tennis. Plenty to keep our 15 and 12 year old boys busy. The home was beautifully furnished and Michael's communication was top notch. It is in a pleasant setting with a pond with water birds, and even a lighted fountain, in the back yard. Equipped with all new appliances, it was a pleasure to prepare meals in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a well- designed master bath and a large closet. We had family visit us, and it was easy with two guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower. There is also a convenient half-bath. We, and our guests, enjoyed the clubhouse with a great fitness center and large pool area.
