This 2nd floor unit welcomes you home with its light & modern contemporary décor, massive high vaulted ceilings and open-concept living space bustling with natural light. Living room is well-appointed with large 80” smart TV & sound system.   
  
Gourmet kitchen is appointed with eye-catching waterfall granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler & island. Cookware, dishware, wine glasses and small appliances are ready for all your culinary needs. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen's breakfast bar with seating for three, dining area or from the private balcony. Washer & dryer are next to the kitchen for convenience.   
  
Master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and fabulous golf course and lake views. The upgraded master bathroom ensuite has dual vanity, walk-in glass shower and large walk-in closet. The split bedroom design offers extra privacy with the second bedroom across from the living room. Bedroom has a brand new queen bed and smart TV. Second full bathroom is a combination shower/tub with single vanity.   
Enjoy a glass of wine from the comforts of the enclosed, air conditioned balcony with plenty of seating for small friendly gatherings.   
  
For a one-time transfer fee, enjoy championship golf & clubhouse amenities including: social activities, dining, fitness center, pickle ball, tennis courts, bocce courts, golf shop & much more! Heated pool & spa conveniently just a few short steps away. Spring Run at the Brooks is located near Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlets and Gulf Coast Town Center. Only 20 minutes to Bonita Beach. One covered parking space included with additional unassigned spaces available. Golfers can enjoy unlimited golf, not including cart fees, etc., and pay at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs from May thru October.
