Bonita Bay condo - some availability in March & April 2026.

Quiet property in gated community overlooking lake, golf course, and tropical preserve. Wild Pines is noted for its tranquil setting, convenience to shopping and restaurants, and unique availability for weekly rental in Bonita Bay. Wild Pines has many returning vacation guests. Our condo has been completely remodeled and continues to receive improvements each year. (New in May 2022: vanities, countertops, and toilets in both bathrooms.)

Bonita Bay's private beach park is accessible to our guests by complimentary beach shuttle with a convenient stop at the entrance of Wild Pines. As of the reopening in March 2023, plenty of brand new beach umbrellas and chairs are available. The beautiful beach is full of fresh, clean sand and is a perfect location to watch amazing sunsets over the Gulf.

The Bonita Bay Marina is great feature for boaters. A community boat ramp is available. Dining at world-famous Backwater Jacks is a great place for family and friends to gather. Our condo has access to all of the amenities you will need to enjoy your vacation. Outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickleball, playgrounds, parks, and 12 miles of paved walking/biking trails. Grocery stores, several restaurants, Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point, and other attractions are located nearby.

Great place and hosts

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this warm, comfy, cozy condo. It had everything we needed, the location was excellent, the hosts were very responsive, the condo was very clean and we will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. You will be happy you decided to stay at this condo!

Last minute booking

We were booked at another property and 4 days before our trip the owner told us she couldn't rent to us as it didn't meet the condo's rental guide lines. Fortunately we found this property for our trip. We can not say enough about how great Todd was to communicate with. Todd thank you very much for all of the corresponding and the test messages. Also thank you for letting us check out at 11:30 a.m. instead of 10:00 a.m. Your unit was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and the trip to the beach via the shuttle service. Thanks again

Relaxing Restful stay at Wild Pines , Bonita Bay

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was clean and well stocked in both bathrooms and kitchen. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, storage containers and foil and plastic wrap and cleaning supplies. The furniture was very nice and not well worn. Decor was very tasteful. The balcony view onto the tropical landscaping and golf course was very relaxing and scenic. The beach shuttle to a private beach 10 minutes away was very convenient. The swimming pool a few steps across the parking lot was nice. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent Property and Location

Propy is perfect in every way. Clean and appropriately decorated and close to all attractions in the area beach and shopping. Property has access to a private beach which is wonderful.

Amazing Place and Location

We had a fantastic time at Todd’s place in Bonita Springs! Todd was great at communicating with us, the condo was clean, had everything we needed, and a short drive to the beach. I would definitely recommend Todd’s condo if you are thinking about staying in Bonita Springs!
