A charming canal front home...close to the beach, and perfect for boat lovers!

  • Get ready to fall in love with the Quincey Cottage – a charming, updated ranch home that's situated just west of 41. One of our favorite features of this place is the location, being only 1.5 miles away from the beach and on a wide channel – it's truly one of kind. Inside, the open floor plan with a spacious kitchen makes the house functional and comfortable. Our personal favorite spot in the house is the lanai – the perfect place to unwind and relax. We've decorated the Quincey Cottage with cozy furnishings that'll make you feel right at home.
