Entrance and exterior I inviting. Cleanliness is good. Interior cosmetics makeover lacking as well as towels. Area is very good for finding restaurants and music. Considering the property w/ river frontage and the other living space is priced at well over $1million, the rented studio area could be an easy 5 star if improvements with better cosmetic makeovers and exterior updates are made.

We had an issue with the air conditioner working well which caused it to be a little warmer than what was comfortable. Attempted to communicate this at 1:30 pm thursday afternoon and didnt get response until following morning when we were leaving. Also, a little disappointed in not having room serviced and change of towels after our 1st night spent

Not what we expected! The lanai area houses noisy pool equipment and the only umbrella is torn to shreds. A pic is attached. The overall condition of the outside of the property is in dire need of fresh landscaping and a good cleanup. A pic is attached. The inside is exactly like the pic... in need of updating and refreshing too. We did not check in.
