There are standalone villas with small nice patios. Pool is great. Our villa was worn out. Masterbed was not even a queen size with super soft mattress. Bathroom is quite poor with water always flowing on the floor. Utensils were ok. Overall, decent position to explore south of Corsica, but would not come back to this residence

Cadre très agréable. Esprit vacances assuré

Très bien agencées, les petites "villas" donnent une impression de villas individuelles, respectant notre intimité. Nous nous demandions si nous avions des voisins ! Une terrasse très agréable avec tonnelle et fil pour étendre les affaires de plage ou le linge. Un barbecue avec du charbon. Les équipements cuisine étaient bien présents. Des rangements bien étudiés et suffisants. Placards, de quoi poser les valises sans les avoir au milieu durant le séjour. Climatisation uniquement dans le salon, pas dans la chambre. La lumière du climatiseur éclaire fortement l'espace commun la nuit, ce qui peut gêner ceux qui y dorment. La literie est bonne, aussi bien le canapé lit que le lit de la chambre. La salle de douche est équipée correctement, bien que la douche soit petite, et sans rideau, ce qui faisait sortir l'eau dans la salle de bain. Le WC est dans la salle de bain, qui est équipée d'une petite fenêtre. Certains emplacements de villa permettent sûrement d'avoir la voiture à côté, mais pas le nôtre. Cependant, nous avons contourné la piscine et y étions en un rien de temps. Le cadre général du lotissement est très agréable. La piscine commune est dotée d'un bar et ouverte jusqu'à 20h en été. Wifi gratuit, mais pas très puissant.

A quiet and very comfortable place to stay with a lovely pool. Our studio was bright and well equipped and had a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water instantly. There was also a small private garden area with patio. The pool was a good size and had plenty of loungers. The location is 5 mins drive from the centre of Bonifacio and easy drive to the mountains or sandy beaches.

Perla di macchia Rustico e genuino

Essenziale ma funzionale Ottima ubicazione per girare il Sud della Corsica Ben alberato e con ottima piscina sempre pulita L’ambiete è rustico ed essenziale ma garantisce un conforto adeguato anche per una famiglia di 4 persone. Garantita la privacy di ogni unità abitativa. Giardinetto con ottimo barbeque. La climatizzazione è discreta (spilt unico in soggiorno ma ben funzionante). La struttura non dispone di reception presidiata, ma il gestore è generalmente presente nelle ore diurne ed disponibile per ogni necessità (basta contattarlo telefonicamente o tramite mail) . Le condizioni dettagliate nel contratto di affitto sono chiare e corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. Suggerimenti: sostitire il divano letto del soggiorno per migliorare il comfort notturno . In sintesi essenziale funzionale ben ubicato. Michela
