"We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location."

"The best part of our stay after the cleanliness of the hotel was Brandy! She is such a sweetheart. We got to the hotel very late and exhausted and she was so amazing! Kudos to whoever hired her! Thank you for such a nice experience "

"Thank you for everything. We arrived around 8:00pm on Friday and everything was ready for us. No issues. Convenient unloading area and access. Very convenient location for our planned activity. We were in Ravenna, Texas at Pin Oak Kennels all of Saturday and Sunday so our drive time was just perfect to get over there in the mornings and back in the evenings. We really were impressed with the layout of the cottage with maxium use of space and maximum comfort and plenty of ambience. Whoever designed the floor plan/layout did an excellent job. All new appliances!! Thanks again and Moose did not eat all the treaties!"
