Agradezco la enorme amabilidad de la recepcionista que me atendió antes de la llegada varias veces en inglés, era complicado por cuándo iban a llegar mi marido y mi hijo, y en todo momento todo fueron facilidades y mucha amabilidad. The staff struggled with English, but we managed. Everyone was friendly and patient. Otherwise, very good value, nice facilities and an authentic German hotel. Also, very close to several attractions and public transport connections.
