This house is very close to downtown Manchester with many shops and restaurants within a 10 minute drive from the house. The cabin is located near a main road, and some road noise can be heard from the property. An aerial photo in our gallery shows the location for your reference.
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 1024 sq. ft. house and its surrounding property. • Self check-in is available via a secure keypad entry system. • You can enjoy the full kitchen, both bedrooms, the loft, living areas, and all outdoor amenities like the fire pit and grill. • The only exception is one owner's closet located in the downstairs bedroom, which is not accessible to guests.
Step into our relaxing, 1024 sq. ft. bohemian A-frame, built in 1965 and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Large windows frame the surrounding trees, filling the space with gorgeous natural light.
• Living & Dining: The heart of the home is the prominent stone fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. Unwind on the comfortable sofa (which converts to a queen pull-out for extra guests), play a record using our Marshall Bluetooth speaker, or stream a movie on the smart TV with Netflix. A dedicated dining area is ideal for shared meals or a fun game night with our collection of board games and books.
• Kitchen: You'll find a clean, fully functional kitchen stocked with all the essential cookware and dishware you need. We've preserved select original fixtures from 1965 to maintain the home's authentic vintage charm.
• Bedrooms & Loft: The cabin features two serene bedrooms, each with a plush memory foam queen bed and soft linens. Fall asleep under the stars by opening the large operable skylights, which bring in fresh mountain air. An upstairs loft overlooks the main living area, offering a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi for remote work and a quiet nook for reading. AC and fans are provided for warm summer nights.
• Outdoor Living: Your private outdoor space is surrounded by trees, creating a peaceful setting in every season. Gather around the stone fire pit for an evening under the stars, or relax with your morning coffee on the new outdoor lounge furniture. A charcoal grill is available in the warmer months (please bring your own charcoal).
Kindly note the aerial photo in our listing showing the location of the A-Frame and the proximity to the main road as some road noise can be heard from the cabin.
Please be sure to review the house rules prior to booking. The A-Frame has been designed for quiet getaways, so parties are prohibited. Please also note the details of our pet policy, which is further explained in our house rules.
Although the A-Frame is directly off a well maintained main road, we still recommend a vehicle with 4-wheel or all-wheel drive during the winter months.
Please be aware of the following details to ensure a comfortable stay: • Connectivity: Being in a National Forest, cell phone reception can be spotty. We provide fast WiFi for your use. We recommend enabling WiFi calling on your phone to stay connected. • Road Proximity: As shown in our aerial photos, the cabin is located near a main road. Some road noise may be audible from the property. • Wildlife: This is a true 'cabin in the woods' experience. Please be mindful of local wildlife, which can include raccoons, insects, rodents, bears, and deer. Do not leave food outdoors. Registration Number: MRT-10960213
