Room 115 had black mood in several places, even the phone and it smelled so bad. I woke up with a runny nose and sore throat that I didn’t have before staying there. Very disappointed, will never stay there again.

Stayed 6 days, room was never serviced except to get trash. Was denied clean towels on 3 separate occasions because they were “out”. Got towels ONCE in my entire stay. The room was totally neglected with dirty sheets on the bed from a former occupant. Long hair between the sheets set the tone, shower curtain liner was gross, sink disposal drain had horrible odor. We were devastated!
