"Friendly restaurant staff. Shower head was broken requested to get it fix front desk said they will send someone but it never got fixed. Comfy room but a bit noisy from the planes. Overall 3/5"

"We called less than 24 hours before our stay to specifically ask about the pool and hot tub and when we got there, they were closed for repairs. The room was outdated and run down - for almost $200/night I expected a much nicer place. Walls crumbling, threadbare carpet, sliding door didn’t close properly, no plug for bathtub and it only could be filled by running the shower, very strong room air freshener, and onsite restaurant had poor service and mediocre food."
