Never saw the owner across the 4 day stay, his father did pick us up from the boat which was nice but got the impression it was putting him out as he was in a rush. Other than him then shouting the wifi code at us as he reversed away in his car we had no other interaction with anyone, no welcome, no advice on the area - I had to ask the cleaner for more towels as no one seemed to be changing them. Stayed in three places prior to this stop in Bol was was surprised at the lack of care or interest in guests. The apartment was clean and basic with a nice pool, however it was annoying to have to walk around via the road to get into the pool. The walk back up from town had us all a lot fitter by the end of the week and as the apartments are on the edge of town is was quiet. The pool was lovely, the same depth throughout so perfect for a morning swim and at the end of the day at the beach. The apartments were scrupulously clean and the kitchinette had everything for holiday cooking. The air conditioning was very effective, we all enjoyed that after the August heat of the day. Bol town and the local area had us exploring a new beach every day, windsurfing, snorkeling and a day's boat hire boat took us to secluded beaches where we had time to ourselves. Good recommandations from owner. Nice, and well-maintained pool-area. Beautiful see-view from spacious balcony, fast WiFi. Free washing maschine, hot showers. Ägaren till stället är supertrevlig och väldigt mån om sina gäster. Vi hade bokat ett dubbelrum men när vi kom fram berättade ägaren att det hade blivit överbokat så vi fick bo i annexet som var väldigt litet och hade två enkelsängar. The price was decent for what we got out of it. We rented out 2 double bedroom apartments - both studio style so both pairs were equipped with a small kitchen area and bathroom, which was convenient for all of us. It was a nice surprise to see that the apartments also had a 'communal' swimming pool which was a bonus as we joked about "making friends with the people next door" (only to find out that the owner of the apartments owned the house 'next door'). Overall it was a nice place to stay in, the owner qas lovely and was easy to contact if we had any problems. All the mod cons and everything convenient. A few minutes walk down to town but no sweat. Bol was a lovely spot to stay for a week. He was very helpful in recommending things in the area and showing us to our apartment, and the apartment was lovely with nice balcony and sea view. Very clean and comfortable. Very handy location for supermarket which was great for us, bit of a walk down the hill to the beach- but its a very pleasant walk, and although its a bit of a steep walk on the way back its pretty much worth it for the view. On arrival Hrvoje offered us a bigger apartment for our last 2 nights which we accepted. On reflection this wasn't the right decision for us as although the room was more spacious and had a bigger balcony with a wider view, it caused some slight inconvenience to our stay which we didn't think about at the time. In future, it might be good for the owner to point out the inconvenience changing rooms might cause. Hvis man bor i en av de øverste leilighetene har man flott utsikt over byen og havet mot Hvar. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom utleier - til og med sykler stod til fri disposisjon under oppholdet.
