Very private on one acre of land with no neighbors, wild peacocks, ibis, herrons, Eagles woodpeckers, cardinals, ducks, rabbits and squirrels! Natcoming to the 1/2 acre pond at the b, and squirrels! Nature lovers Paradise due to our half acre pond! Community pool with diving after slides, eating on the water and public boat access to 100 sq. mile Charlotte Harbor (uncrowded, excellent for fishing, motor boating, sailing, and kayaking with bird watching ). Approximately one hour driving time to 2 International Airports, Fort Myers or Punta Gorda!
