Beim einschecken war eine sehr sehr Unfreundliche Person die uns zuerst mehr als 10 minuten negierte und nir rumtelefonierte. Danach machte die alles falsch was einer nur falsch machen kann. Wir bekamenn zuerst nur 1 Zmmer obwohl 3 Zimmer gebucht waren und ihr das auch deutlich gesagt wurde. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant hatte ich auf den Zimmer schreiben lasen .was problemlos war. Später jedoch als ich schon im Bett lag bekam ich einen anruf um die Rechnung sofort an Die Rezeption zu zahlen. Es war die gleiche Person vom check-in die das veranlasst hatte. Und genau so unfreundlich war wie vorher.
