"Room was large, very clean, and well-maintained. It had a full kitchen, but there was no cookware, so if you want to cook, you must bring your own cookware or buy it from the hotel. Many shops and restaurants are nearby."

"The hotel staff and customer service are kind and warm, good equipped facilities, and breakfast that’s plentiful regardless of the time. Impressed me was that the hotel uses premium branded shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion. I enjoyed my staying. "

"They initially put me in a room that had a strong vanilla smell which I found bothersome. I asked to change rooms and they were quick to accommodate me."

"The Sparrow is in a great location and is clean and nice. It is a great value. It isn’t luxury but I will stay here again. The bed was so comfy and so were the pillows. I could hear people in the adjoining rooms a few times but overall it was great. "

"There was dog food on the floor of our room. The staff were nice. The lobby reeks of cigarette smoke. The room next to us was so loud until 4:30 am. Well, how are you doing little cutie. We stayed in February and our experience wasn’t amazing but after this one we decided we will pay the extra money to get some sleep. "

"Staff suprised us with a $250 draw on our account; didn’t know that ahead of time. Said it would be returned to our account in 3-5 days; not true. 7-10 days. Coffee maker was broken. We were placed in the noisiest room (next to elevator). Showe was weak at best."
