Perfect house for my family. We were attending a 90th birthday party. My adult children, their spouses, my husband and I stayed four nights and everything was perfect!

Five stars for communication!
This was a very nice property which accommodated our senior sibling group well. Due to unforseen circumstances, I ended up communicating the host, Dave, on numerous occasions, both via vrbo text and by phone. The only thing that was not perfect was the link to open the garage door. One quick call to Dave and he opened it remotely. Great home, fantastic hosts!!

I can barely express in words how wonderful our stay was! Dave and Kathy were (and are) wonderful communicators and quick to address any issue. Their home was lovely and location is PERFECT! Lovely home
We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It is close to several stores and activites. The house is well maintained and clean. Communication was excellent. We will return when we visit family because exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable.

We loved this house!
The house is so well set up for a family. Our kids loved the toys and books in the closet and the fenced backyard was so nice for them to play in. We LOVED the pool as well! The owner was very friendly with excellent communication. We will be back!

Great home for our family to gather!
We were in Eagle for my grandsons graduation from Eagle High School. This was the perfect place for our two grown daughters and their families along with us, Nana and Papa, to hang out for the 3 day weekend. The home is extremely clean and well organized. Great tables for us all to eat and play games. The beds were are comfy, plenty of towels. The pool is just down the street and was clean and quiet. Besides our group of 7 there were only two other people there. There is a nice big barbecue in the backyard, we didn’t use it as I didn’t remember reading that they had one and didn’t see it in any pictures. Next time will plan a barbecue into our menu. The only suggestion I would make that perhaps the kitchen could use a couple of larger skillets. My family (two boys, 15 and 18 with never ending appetites) can go through a lot of hash browns for breakfast or taco meat for dinner and a big skillet or two would be great. Other than that, the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.

Great Location and Home
The home was perfect! The location was perfect. We were attending our son's wedding in Crouch, Idaho. Dave could not have been more accomodating. The communication and hospitality were very much appreciated. The community pool was a big plus for our 4 year old grandson. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Boise.

Gathering the Family
My large family needed a central hub to attend a funeral. I has more than pleased to find enough table seating, cooking equipment, glassware, etc. To accommodate our needs. The location was perfect for us. The host was also very helpful and kind. It was such a wonderful relief to be able to relax after such an overwhelming event. Top notch!

This property was excellent for our needs. Dave and Kathy were very quick and polite at communicating with us. We were in town for a swim meet at the Boise YMCA, and found this house and were very excited about its location to everything we needed for the weekend, pool, airport and groceries were all important along with comfort, 5 stars were got ALL. The property was clean and comfortable exactly what we were looking for and the hosts were very accommodating and even left a welcome gift basket. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in Boise.

Great Stay
The owner was excellent to deal with and very responsive to requests for information and help in changing booking when our travel plans changed. The home is beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great little property!
Love the property just had some problems getting in and had to call for help. One night we were locked out and did'nt want to bug the owners - problems with the app that works the locks. Otherwise this is a wonderful place to stay with exccellent hosts!

Great Longer Stay Place
We stayed here for 8 days in January and it worked out wonderfully for our group of 6. The beds were fabulously comfortable and so were the pillows. The property owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. He accommodated us when we had to fly in a day early which was super helpful. The place is a short walk (0.6 miles) a some cute shops nearby and a park. We will definitely be staying here again.

Just what we needed
We came to Eagle for an event at the raceway, so we needed a home base. This house was great, true to pictures. Plenty of towels and room for everyone. Communicated on every level, I felt we were well taken care of during our stay.

The home met our needs for all of us. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Only suggestion is for a bed that isn't so firm but many others I'm sure appreciate a firm bed.

Love the Boise Greenbelt!
This house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything. It's just 15 minutes to downtown Boise and even closer the Greenbelt - which was where we wanted to go. We enjoyed everything about our stay except the mattresses. If you love a very firm mattress, you'll love it here. If not, you'll want to take a walk in the morning to work out the kinks. Other than the mattresses, the kitchen was great and had everything we needed, the bathrooms were great - especially the master bath. The TV was nice, washer and dryer perfect, parking in the garage was a definite plus, grill, and plenty of towels! We didn't use the pool, but it looked fun, and the hosts were very friendly and easy to work with. We forgot some clothes in the dryer and were notified right away in time for us to return and grab them before we left town. It was clean and quiet and well-stocked.

Next time you come, contact us first, and we will see if we can book you into a rental we have that has a sleep number bed. That way you can adjust the firmness. Annual reunion/fellowship
Our group of 8 men had a fantastic time in the home. We had 4 men stay in the home, and used it as our base for the reunion. Our hosts were available at all times, although we did not have any issues that required their attention during our stay. The home is exactly as described, super clean. We will definitely book again if we meet again in Eagle.
