Very nice staff. Dirty carpet throughout the whole hotel. When we walked in our room it smelled and I thought it might be a pet room but the lady at the front desk said they don’t allow pets. I got used to the smell after a while. Breakfast was great and the pool was fun for the kids.

The room was good sized but smelled funky. Being on the ground floor with only sheer drapes was kind of creepy. Good location near airport.

This was fine for a 1 night stay, but felt it was over price for how old the property was. It was in a good location. It needs to be updated. Felt very old and the toliet was so low to the floor.

Elevator was out. Ice machine broken. No hand towels or wash rags. No caffeinated coffee in lobby or at early breakfast. The night manager was helpful as the only staff at check-in. Room was clean.

I don't stay in hotels very often, so this experience was very enjoyable for me. There was one inconvenience that should be fixed soon, and that is the ice machine and elevator. I was on the first floor, and the only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. The other problem was that the elevator wasn't working, so if someone had trouble taking the stairs to get ice, there was no other alternative. Other than that, the room was VERY comfortable, and overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Liked it so much I rebooked for August! Room was clean, Staff very customer oriented, excellent breakfast. Nice pool, exercise room. No vending machines, limited drinks and snacks in lobby. Parking only one car allowed..... that is the only bummer.

We have always enjoyed our stays at comfort inns but this place has really dropped the ball. No welcoming from our check-in, yes we got in a little later than usual there, was a changing in shift so not a problem but standing in the lobby without being at least acknowledged made it really awkward. This place could really use a touch up. We woke up had the complimentary breakfast, got the same energy from the staff from the breakfast, no acknowledgment really rude to all the guests. This place needs a shakeup in staff or customer service training.

The room was in need of vacuuming, there were cigarette ash in the bathroom of a non smoking room, with the after smell. The staff, young gentleman at desk was very attentive when it was noticed someone had place a plastic bag over toilet seat in front public restroom. Would I stay there again? Yes for the convenience of location.
