Burned out lighting out side in the parking lot and entrance a big safety issue. A real pity a little longer and this location will be a drug den as the twickers already gather in the hall off the main desk on the ground floor at night. The last draw is the boilers are failing, the hot water is luke warm at best, no hot water at all in some rooms. "
