"Clean and comfortable"

"We stayed here while working night shift and were disappointed with how things were handled. The room we booked had one queen and two single beds (clearly suited for four people), but the booking was listed for three. When the owner saw there were four of us, we were told to pay an extra $20 per night. The issue itself could have been understandable, but the way it was communicated came across as quite rude and unprofessional. It made the stay more stressful than it needed to be."

"Comfortable rooms that have been nicely renovated. For some reason our room was not serviced with a 2 night stay so no fresh towels or bed made...."

"the office staff were incredibly helpful and caring. It would be good if you had a coin machine in the laundry and the instructions were printed again as they have faded on some of the machines. overall the stay was very comfortable"

"There wasn't anyone to check us in or out. We had to leave a phone message and go elsewhere after being told we could check in anytime after 12.30 pm. When we were called back, it was arranged how we could access our rooms. There wasn't anyone to check us out either, the office was locked. Being a long weekend, I would have thought there would have been more customer service. Having said this, the rooms were clean and comfortable but the traffic noise was a little loud for my liking."

"Was overcharged by $56,of course they wouldnt admit to this. It was an extremely average room and as i was going on a 6 week road trip I had a budget to keep to. There is no way i would have paid $159 for any room, much less this one."
