Pleasant from of house. Big room. TV and coffee and tea making facilities. Really nice shower and bathroom. Only thing I disliked was the pillows were too fat for me but that’s a personal thing. Parking outside and bus stop almost outside the door. Quiet nights sleep.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The lift was not functional when we were there so we had to use the lift that the employees use which was located in a back room and was dingy. The beds were very soft for our liking but overall the hotel was beautiful.

This townhouse hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but frankly it should be rated as a 2 star hotel. There is no one to help with luggage. There is no real reception you have to go up a floor to a small office to check in. There is no staff to assist you in the morning until 11 am and no one after 6:00.pm. They give you one key and you have to open the main door of the hotel yourself outside the hours of operation. As for the accommodations where do I even begin. We were 2 couples checking in. Both of us had problems flushing our toilets in our rooms. The rooms were super tiny, there is no place to even open your suitcase. The floors crack like crazy. The chandeliers were broken and super dusty with spiderwebs in both our rooms. Our doorknobs were barely attached to our room door. The windows are so dirty and foggy you can hardly see outside. There is no A/C. And when you leave the windows opened you hear people in the street talking and yelling we couldn’t sleep. So the next night we closed the window but it was very hot in the room. We had an Nespresso machine but we didn’t have the pods. The tiny desk chair was so wobbly we were afraid to use it, and our safe wasn’t working. It was frankly one of the worst hotels we ever stayed in. Jude the hotel manager was very nice and changed our room to a slightly better one but honestly this hotel needs to shut down and get entirely renovated. They do not deserve their stars especially at the price they charge.
