That said, it was clean and it was on a great location next to the Botanical gardens. There is a shopping mall nearby, too, but getting to it involves a perilous crossing of a busy road where vehicles are out to kill. As an apology from the hotel management, we got a complimentary plate of fruit and a note apologising for the inconvenience. We really liked and appreciated this. The breakfast consisted of a high variety of dishes, and the laundry is a same-day service. There is a big mall called Botani Square across the road, and if you enjoy walking, you can cross the road and walk around and in the Bogor Botanical Garden. However, the property itself may need a little freshen up. Decor is a bit dated. Some of the things are a bit worn out, e.g. shower head. As my room is near the elevator, it makes quite a bit of sound all day long. It can get a bit annoying in the middle of the night. But I am not sure how they can improve on that. Personally, I think breakfast is good. It is of buffet style and with good choices and taste good, too. There is actually a shopping centre opposite the road. However, it is a rather busy and huge intersection. Perhaps it might be better to take a tuk tuk or some other transportation to get there. FYI, there is supermarket, all sorts of shops and a lot of eateries in the shopping centre. The rooms are very nice and with a very comfy bed. We had issues with the hot water in the shower being lukewarm.
