CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

EV CHARGING
No EV/e-bike/e-scooter charging via plug sockets — this is not supported by the property's electrical setup and can cause overloads. Please arrange alternative charging if needed.
