Just a 5 minute drive to the beach and nature reserve with several pubs and takeaway options. The Studio comprises of 1 bedroom with a king size bed, en suite shower room and a living/dining room with TV plus its own kitchenette. It is a short drive to the beautiful & historic walled city of Chichester. Open plan kitchen, and uncluttered quite spacious and very bright sunny lounge area. Separate bedroom with large comfortable bed with fresh white linen. Very nice bathroom with large double shower. French windows on to a very private patio area. Carole and Tim are perfect hosts. Always ready to help but never intrusive. Some lovely goodies on arrival - their own hens eggs, biscuits, bottle of wine and more. Made me feel very welcome. It was a very peaceful warm and comfy stay despite the dreadful weather!
