Everything was to perfection, from the minute we entered the gates of the hotel to the taxi that dropped us off to the airport, we loved each and every minute of our time. We were respected, doted upon, well looked after in all aspects of our stay and the service was always with a bright beaming smile. Our Butler was exceptional and so was the entire spa and service team. Nothing seem to be too much for them and there were elements of surprises planned for us which were not asked for but very much appreciated. We truly had the time of our lives at our first St Regis property, and we couldn’t be happier to one day return and see some friendly faces.
