Pretty convenient 20 mins or so drive from downtown Geneva and airport. CERN also easily reachable. Whilst Lausanne and Montreux are an hour or so in the other direction. Room was clean/modern (in a somewhat spartan continental style) - which is well represented in the hotel room photos. Continental breakfast was fine/convenient - particularly liked the fresh croissants! So no walkable shopping place closeby. Staff at the front desk was really nice and helpful - I requested a late checkout and it was not an issue. Tons of parking as it is a chateau. Getting to is a bit of a fun drive through country roads. Bathrooms are shared, there’s a sink in the room with hairdryer. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains once you step outside or maybe from some other rooms, so if you are looking for a serene, quiet, place and want to experience staying at a chateau, it’s really nice and well managed with all the modern amenities. About 20-25 min from geneva.
